I have reviewed the plans submitted for the above referenced proposal. Based on the location of existing
buildings and landscaping, the proposed sign is not expected to be visible from the EC. Consequently, ARB
review will not be required. If your plans change in any way, please contact me so that we may determine if
visibility will change and if ARB review will be required.
