RE: ARB- 2008 -180: Ensign Mortgage/Piedmont Title Signs
Dear Ms. Robinson:
I have reviewed your submittal for the above -noted signs. Because the sign design meets the established
criteria for the building at 1700 Seminole Trail, I am able to review this proposal administratively for the
ARB. I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
Wall Sign 1:
Sin Tyke: Formed plastic letters
Illumination: None
Text: "Ensign Mortgage"
Sign Size: 133.36" long x 10.64" high (including flag graphic)
Graphics: Flag located to left of letters
Colors: Text: yellow (PMS 1235U); Flag: red (PMS 188U) and yellow (PMS 1235U)
Location: East elevation, centered left to right above the two rectangular windows, between the two
brick soldier courses, and above the Piedmont Title Sign.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used.
The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the
submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an
amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate
application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
