RE: SUB - 2009 -004- Glenmore Phase II- Section 5 -5- Final Plat
Mr. Morris:
Pursuant to Section 14 -228 of Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, the above referenced
subdivision plat has been rendered null and void. This action has been taken because the plat did not
obtain all tentative approvals prior to the submission of the final plat. All tentative approvals must be been
obtained prior to the one (1) year expiration of the preliminary plat before the submission of the final plat.
The preliminary plat, SUB2008 -093, was approved on May 20, 2008. An extension of the preliminary
plat can be request per Section 14 -231. This request must be received in writing to the agent at least ten
(10) days prior to the expiration of the preliminary plat. The request must address, to the extent that they
apply, the conditions listed in Section 14 -231.
