The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -3121 Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey
showing the location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of
a proposed lot line or a proposed street. (Only if the structures are w /in 50 feet of property line.)
Final approval will be subject to the receipt of owner signed plats.
