(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -3121 Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey showing the location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line or a proposed street. (Only if the structures are w /in 50 feet of property line.) Final approval will be subject to the receipt of owner signed plats. If I may be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to call.
