Re: SUB200900012 Berkmar Circle Subdivision
The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
[Sec. 14- 302B5] Zoning Classification. COMMENT: In addition to the district, please provide
applicable zoning case information: ZMA 91 -03 and ZMA 92 -08.
2. [Sec. 14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed. COMMENT: While the plan does identify which
"watersheds" the property is in, this property is NOT within a Reservoir Watershed, which is also
referred to as a "water supply protection area." Per this section, please add required note to the plan.
3. [Sec. 14 -303S] Control Points. COMMENT: Provide control points in accordance with this section.
4. [Sec. 14- 303A4] Private easements. COMMENT: Provide evidence /documentation that any
easements and /or agreements, such as sidewalk/parking easements, accommodate this subdivision.
