Dear Ms. Cooper,
Thank you for your recent submittal for the above - referenced project. The submittal included site plan
sheets T1, C1.0 -1.4, C2.0 -2.1, and L1.0 -1.3 dated 1/12/09; architectural sheets Al, A3 -A6, and A8 with
revision date of 10/16/08, A2 dated 7/25/08, and A7 dated 7/7/08. The changes included in this submittal
resolve the outstanding conditions of ARB approval. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review,
will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as
indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any
change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed
and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
Please note the following:
1. This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the
Entrance Corridor.
2. The general character of the wall signs intended for the development has been illustrated on the
architectural drawings, but detailed sign criteria were not established. Consequently, a comprehensive
sign review with the ARB will be required prior to the installation of the first wall sign. A minimum 6-
week review period and a separate fee will be required. Separate sign permits will also be required.
