The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [Sec. 14- 302A10] Right of further division of proposed lots. COMMENT: Development rights
information must be provided on the plat, with required note, per this section.
2. [Sec. 14- 302B7] Agricultural forestral district. COMMENT: Per this section, please add required
note to the plan.
3. [Sec. 14 -303S] Control Points. COMMENT: Provide control points in accordance with this section.
4. [Sec. 14- 303A4] Private easements. COMMENT: Please provide evidence that abutting property
has agreed to the relocation of their access easement. This may be done on the plat (have them sign
the plat) or via a separate document (ie. a letter).
5. COMMENT: Per your correspondence with Pat Lawrence of this office, January 15, 2009, this plat
is being processed as a Final prior to a Preliminary. Please be aware that the final plat cannot be
approved until road plans, WPO, and all other required approvals have been granted.
