Dear Sir and Ladies,
The Special Use Permit, SP200900001, was approved by the Albemarle County Board of
Supervisors, Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Because of that action you will be required to reference
it on the front page (Sheet 01) of your final site plan. You will need to show both the Use Permit
number and the conditions approved by the Board on the first sheet of the final site plan, as were
previously shown under Use Permit and Conditions and in the column under Project Data.
As we are working toward the final approval of this site plan, it is my intent to bring to your
attention other amendments you will need to make prior to submitting you final review copies prior
to approval. Please address the following issues:
1. The Tree Conservation Checklist on Sheet 06 needs to be signed and dated.
2. Engineering has no objections and has informed you of the bonds required for erosion and
sediment control and storm water maintenance.
3. You will need to observe the comments of the Architectural Review Board to provide the

grading area of the proposed greenhouse tree protection and landscaping.
4. Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) requested the addition of a back flow valve
and labeling of a private sewer line. Please ensure that this has been accomplished prior to
signature copies.
Please review the comments and revise the plan of the proposed development accordingly. Your revisions should be
resubmitted directly to the reviewer who commented along with the attached revised application submittal form.
