This letter is a follow -up to that approval and may be considered your Certificate of Appropriateness. The Certificate of Appropriateness is based on the following drawings: Site plan sheets C1 -C8, C13 -14, C16 -19, Kohl's architectural elevation sheets A3 dated 12/19/08 and DE -1 revised 12- 30-08; Kohl's landscape sheet L1 revised 12- 30 -08; shopping center architectural drawings A502 -505 dated October 3, 2008; and signage criteria sheet dated 12- 15 -08. This Certificate is also based on the ARB's action of February 2, 2009, as follows: HTC /Kohl's: Stormwater facility /landscaping Motion: Regarding the landscaping of the HTC /Kohl's stormwater facility, the ARB took the following action: Mr. Missel moved for approval of the Certificate of Appropriateness for ARB - 2008 -165: Hollymead Town Center Area Al /Kohl's, including the stormwater facility and its associated landscaping as illustrated on the plan displayed at the meeting, Sheet C15 with revision date of 12/17/08. Second: Mr. Wright Vote: The motion carried by a vote of 3:0. Related to this approval, please note the following: 1. This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. 2. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
