Subsequent to my January 23, 2009 conditional ARB approval letter to you, I received multiple revisions
for the above - referenced project. The revisions included in the last submittal address the outstanding
issues of the conditional approval. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review,
will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as
indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented, some of
which are listed below. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the
plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
• Sheets 1 -8 with revision date of 1/23/09
• sheets 9 -13 with revision date of 1/23/09 (received 1/30/09)
• sheets 14 and 15 with revision date of 1/23/09
• Sheets 16 -19 dated December 1, 2008 (received 1/26/09)
• Sheet 20 dated September 29, 2008
Please note the following:
1. This approval is subject to the following condition: Mechanical equipment shall not be visible
from the Entrance Corridor.
2. If your final site plan submittal to the Current Development Division is inconsistent with this
ARB approval, additional review and approval by me and/or the ARB may be required.
