In addition, I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. WALL SIGN Type: Channel letters Materials: Aluminum with translucent acrylic faces Location: North end of the east elevation, bottom of sign approximately 6' above ground level Mounting: Letters individually flush mounted to brick fascia Sign Height: 30" Sign Length: 95 -1/2" Text: "BB &T" Colors: Faces & trim caps: burgundy PMS 491 Returns: white PMS 7328 Illumination: Internal neon: channel letters with translucent faces shall be constructed such that no light spills outward from the top, bottom, sides or back. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review, will be used. This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
