The revisions included in this latest submission address all outstanding conditions of ARB approval. I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. MONUMENT SIGN TENANT PANEL Type: Medium density overlay panel (with high performance laminated vinyl digital print) Location: Tenant panel beneath existing tenant panel PJ Networks Overall Size: 81" wide x 18" high Text: "DODSON GLASS & MIRROR INC For All Your Glass Needs!" Graphic: Dodson Glass (DG) Logo Colors: Background: Tan PMS 155C Text: Red PMS 485C, Black PMS Pro Black C, White Illumination: No existing illumination and no illumination proposed This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. 2. All future changes to tenant panels will require ARB review and approval in addition to a sign permit. Proposed tenant panel background colors shall match PMS 155C.
