(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)4 & 5 and 14- 303(L)] Public & Private Easements — Please show any and all easements, public and private pertaining to this property, where applicable. 2. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey showing the location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line or a proposed street. This comment pertains to "Lot D ", also please show the drive and Stream Buffer shown on the Albemarle County GIS in this parcel. 3. According to the Albemarle County GIS stream buffers do not occur in Lots "A ", "B" & "C ", but critical slopes do occur within those proposed parcels. You may wish to verify that the stream buffers shown actually are stream buffers and remove them from the plat if they are not.
