Subject: Engineering review of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Minor Amendment
Good morning,
The Minor Site Plan Amendment and Erosion & Sediment Control amendment for the Martha Jefferson Hospital
(WPO- 2008 -00004 and SDP - 2008 - 00187) submitted 11 February 2009 have received Engineering Review and
meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval. The ESC amendment is hereby approved.
Engineering review has no objections to the approval of the minor site plan amendment.
I have spoken to the planner for the project and she has asked me to request copies of the plan for
signature /approval. Please submit at least 3 full sets of the minor amendment plan to the County. Any signed,
approved sets of the minor amendment that the applicants would like to have for their purposes should be
submitted in addition to these 3 copies.
No adjustment to the ESC bond will be necessary.
