(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(B) 51 Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. Please state that the applicable zoning is R -14. 2. [14- 302(B) 101 Stream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance. The following note must be applied according to current departmental policy: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance.
