The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14- 302(B) 51 Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all
applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. Please state that
the applicable zoning is R -14.
2. [14- 302(B) 101 Stream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the
water protection ordinance. The following note must be applied according to current
departmental policy: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with
the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance. "
Final approval will be subject to completion of the above listed notes and the receipt of owner signed plats.
