The Planner for the Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department
Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the
following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those
that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added
or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please include the current use of all adjacent parcels.
2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide a vicinity sketch of 1 "= 2000'.
3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Maximum floor area ratio and proposed uses need to be
included in Land Use chart.
4. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(n)] If outdoor lighting is to be installed on site, a lighting plan
must be submitted.
5. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(0)] Areas to be reserved for the dedication of roadway to VDOT
must be clearly identified on the plan.
6. [Sec. 18- 32.7.5] Access for TMP31 -21 B must be provided via a stub out along
Driller's Lane across from the proposed Contractor's Lane.
7. An easement from TMP31 -21 C is required to allow for the portion of proposed
cul -de -sac located thereon.
8. A road maintenance agreement is required for the portion of cul -de -sac located
on TMP31 -21 C. The agreement should include language indicating it will remain
in effect until such time as the road is accepted into the VDOT system.
