Subject: Kessler (Lot 1 &2) - Final SUB2009 -33
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(B)1] Please provide a date of drawing.
2. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval of wells and /or septic systems required
prior to final approval. It is noted a copy of the provided soils work has been sent to
the Health Department for review and approval.
3. [Sec. 14 -3161 VDOT approval of entrance onto public street is required.
4. [Sec. 317] A road maintenance agreement for NEW 50' PRIVATE STREET
EASEMENT must be submitted for review and approval of the County Attorney's
office.
5. [Sec. 14 -4041 All newly created lots must be accessed by one road created at the time
of subdivision. Additional entrances must be closed prior to final approval.
6. [Sec. 14 -434] Inspection and approval of entrance closure must be preformed prior to
final approval.
7. Please remove Health Department note from final plat copy submitted for signature.
