St. Annes - Belfield — Boundary Line Adjustment SUB2009 -36
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(A)2] Please provide a legible vicinity map that is to a 1 " =2000' scale.
2. [Sec. 14- 302(A)4, Sec. 14- 302(A)5] Please provide required information regarding all
private and public easements associated with parcels.
3. [Sec. 14- 302(A)7] Please clearly identify departing lot lines, and indicate which
parcels are to be combined with the inclusion of land hook symbols.
4. [Sec. 14- 302(A)11] Information specifying the instrument creating the properties
proposed for combination must be included on plat.
5. [Sec. 14- 302(A)15] Owner information for TMP 60 -56 is not included on the plat.
County records indicate RECTORS & VISITORS OF THE UVA C/O OFFICE OF
SPACE & RE MGMT are the owners of this parcel. Please include required
information.
6. [Sec. 14- 302(B)1] Please include the number of sheets.
7. [Sec. 14- 302(B)1] The scale provided on the plat is not accurate. Please provide an
accurate graphic depiction of the scale used, or specify the scale to be used with a
note.
8. [Sec. 14- 302(B)5] The zoning classification is incorrect for parcels listed in the title.
Some parcels are zoned, R1- residential.
9. [Sec. 14- 302(B)6] Not all parcels listed in the title are shown on the plat. TMP 60 -56
does not seem to be shown within the boundaries of the proposed parcel.
10. [Sec. 14- 303(C)] Please show boundary lines for the entire proposed parcel. A
section seems to be missing from the southeast portion.
11. [Sec. 14- 303(D)] The acreage of the existing lots must be included on the plat.
12. [Sec. 14- 303(H)] Please include the location and material of all permanent reference
monuments.
13. [Sec. 14- 303(0), Sec. 14- 303(P)] Please include a signature panel for the owners of
TMP 60 -56. Also, please position the notary panel under the property owners
signature panel.
