Todd, in an attempt to focus our effort on plan review and work through all
plans in the queue, the engineering team is not taking meetings this week. If
you submit the Northtown plans today the idea is that they will be reviewed (and
hopefully approved) by Friday. Please submit the plans with Jon's comment
letter and your responses. You will hear from us on Friday or Monday regarding
their status.

Glenn, Amy,
Jon Sharp had two remaining comments on the plans for this project, one on the
SWM and one on the E &S plan. We just needed to add a detail to the site plan to
address the SWM comment. The E &S comment is addressed by inserting County -
supplied design sheets into the plan. Understanding that Jon is not available
to look at these when I bring them in, can I bring the plans in and meet with
one of you to demonstrate that the two comments have been addressed and get the
plans approved? This shouldn't take long and we can get this project off both
of our plates.
