Dear Mr. Brooks:
Below are VDOT's comments on the Site Plans for the March 5`", 2009 Site Review Committee
Meeting:
SDP - 2009 -00009 Rio Road Apartment Complex Preliminary Site Plan (Gerald Gatobu)
• This site will generate 1250 weekday trips and 115 peak hour trips according to ITE Land
Use Code 220. This site plan will require a Chapter 527 Traffic Impact Study under the
requirements of 24VAC 30- 155 -50.
• A connection to the entrance to Route 631 at Albemarle Square is recommended.
SUB- 2008 -00015 Woodbrook Station —Final Plat (Elizabeth Marotta)
• No comments.

have any questions or comments, please contact me prior to sharing these comments with the
applicants.
