I have no objections or policy concerns to allowing a gravel parking lot if Amy can find that given the traffic, it is acceptable. I have no contribution to the mention of runoff and biofilters. My only comment is that they should be wheel stops for all parking spaces, not just the ones adjacent to the sidewalk. Amy, once you've reviewed it you can let me know and we can coordinate a response for Summer and the applicant. Interestingly enough, this property on CV showed that it was rezoned to industrial park when zoning was adoptedl2- 10 -80. That doesn't sound right so we're checking into it. Let's talk further about how to better facilitate these waiver reviews, including stacking spaces. we talked this morning about establishing SOPs and then delegating authority to current development.
