Being a plat of TM &P #s 66 -5 Lot 5, 65 -115, 65 -115 Lot 3, 65 -115 Lot 9, 65 -115 Lot 4 and the
combinations of those parcels to proposed Parcels "B ", "C", "D ", and part of TMP# 65 -120 has been
reviewed as re- submitted March 6, 2009.
The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
Please remove the reference to Lot "A" in the notes as Lot "A" does not appear on this revised
plat.
2. [14- 302(B) 101 Stream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the
water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance. " Please show
the note regardless of shown stream buffers.
3. [14 -3091 Soil evaluations. The subdivider shall submit to the agent with each final plat the
results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of
the soil for septic systems with conventional drain fields, if septic systems are proposed to be
used in the development of the subdivision, and the results are requested by the agent. These
results shall be forwarded by the agent to the health director.

4. [14 -3101 Health director approval of individual private wells and/or septic systems. If
required as a condition of final plat approval, a final plat shall not be approved if individual
private wells are proposed for the subdivision until written approval has been received from the
health director by the agent. A final plat shall not be approved if septic systems are proposed
for the subdivision until written approval has been received from the health director by the
agent. Note: Requirements 3 and 4 may be waived if proposed parcels contain existing
structures with current operations permits supplied to this department.
5. [14 -3121 Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey
showing the location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of
a proposed lot line or a proposed street.
Final tentative approval will be subject to the completion of these comments. If I may be of further
