Dear Ms. Dunn:
I have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign. Because the sign meets the ARB Design Guidelines and is not
internally illuminated, I am able to review this proposal administratively for the ARB. I have approved a sign of the
design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
FREESTANDING SIGN
Type: Two panels mounted between two posts
Materials: Wood posts (4 x 4, painted white); MDO and vinyl panels
Location: 630 Country Green Lane at the corner of 5t' Street and Old Lynchburg Road
Overall sign size: 6' 10" tall x 6'8" wide

acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items
presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the
application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. If you have any questions concerning
