Subject: Three Notch'd Center /Beaver Creek Hill Corp - Easement SUB2009 -50
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(A)2] Please provide a legible vicinity map that is to a 1 " =2000' scale.
2. [Sec. 14- 303(H)] Please provide location and material of all permanent reference
monuments.
3. [Sec. 14- 302(A)7] Please clearly identify departing lot lines, and indicate which
parcels are to be combined with the inclusion of land hook symbols.
4. [Sec. 14 -312] If any buildings are within fifty (50) feet of property boundaries, please
include building location.
5. [Sec. 14- 431(13)] Per County Engineer, the Storm Sewer Easement must be twenty
(20) feet.
