Dear Mr. Shimp,
This letter is in response to your request for a change to the parking to allow for restriping of a portion of
the parking area to allow for two 9'X28' spaces as shown on the attached plan. Due to the simplicity of the
change that will occur as a result of your request, we are reviewing it as a "Letter of Revision" to the latest
approved final site plan for SDP - 2006 -00094 Freebridge Place on Tax Map 78 Parcel 2A. A total of three
(3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all subsequent changes to the plan are required to be submitted in
the form of a minor site plan amendment. At this time there will be a total of two (2) Letters of Revision
remaining for this site plan, SDP - 2006 -00094 Freebridge Place.

RE: SDP 2006 -00094 Free Bridge Place Site Plan Amendment Letter of Revision.
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to request a minor revision as outlined under the standard for letter of revisions
published in 1999. Two 9'x 28' spaces have been added to the northern part of the parking lot. Three 9'
x 16' spaces have been removed. In place of the 3 parking spaces, yellow painted "No Parking" striping
has been added. All existing curb and asphalt will remain the same.
This change to the total parking count does impact the parking calculation, however the number
of required spaces does not change. The parking calculation under site data has been revised to show
one less parking space provided. The amount of parking provided remains more than what is required.
The landscape calculations have been updated to show one less parking space provided. The
updated calculation now shows 1.7 interior shade trees are required. We are continuing to show 13
interior shade trees to be provided.
