They recommend figuring 15 gallons per person per day. Per the Site Plan, we will have 10,800 sq /ft of storage, which has no water usage. We have 10,800 sq /ft of office, with gross floor area of 8,640 sq /ft. We have provided 43 spaces for that office. Even assuming that each one of those spaces was a full -time employee (which it wouldn't be), we would use 645 gallons per day. If the maximum use is 400 gallons / per acre / per day, our 2.48 acre site would be allotted 992 gallons per day. Even though we fall well within permitted uses, I would like to point out that we use water saving faucets and the new dual flush commodes, which cut the daily water usage by 33 -50 %. It is very likely that our water usage would not be 645 gpd, but something closer to 400 gpd. Please let me know if this addresses your concerns or whether I can provide any further information. I was wondering if you had any figures on what a standard employee working in an office consumed per day. Thanks again for your help, Paul
