The Planner for the Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department
Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the
following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those
that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added
or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
"Please note the referenced project has been reviewed for compliance with the 1980
County Ordinance.
1. [Sec. 32.3.1(b)] Please provide accurate boundary lines for the subject parcel in
entirety.
2. [Sec. 32.3.1(b)] The stream buffer, creek course, and floodplain boundaries
must be clearly designated. Please make sure the arrows for this information are
legible.
3. [Sec. 30.3.5.2.1] Any water - related use, such as a bridge or a culvert to be
located within a floodway requires a special use permit.
4. [Sec. 8.5.6.1 ] Please provide supporting calculations to confirm that 10% or
greater of the project land area is shown on the submitted final site plan.
5. [Sec. 8.5.6.31 Please remove the Potential Future road alignments. These are
not shown on the approved application plan. If these road alignments are
desired, a variation must be applied for, and approved by the Director of
Planning.
