Re: SUB2000900089 Ballard Field PhV Resubdivision
The Planner for Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [Sec. 14- 302.A.21 Vicinity map. COMMENT: Vicinity map must be at a scale of 1:2000.
Please revise.
2. [Sec. 14- 302.A.8], [14- 302.B.5], [14- 302.B.8]. COMMENT: While not required for
approval, you may want to add a note to the cover sheet indicating that this subdivision is
being developed as a zero -lot line development.
3. [Sec. 14-302.A. It] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. COMMENT:
Please confirm Note #20 is correct, and if it is not, please revise accordingly.
4. [Sec. 14- 302.B.7] Reservoir watershed, agricultural forestal district. COMMENT: Please
revise Note #17 as this property is within the Lickinghole Creek water supply protection
area. Also, please add required note that this property is not within a agricultural - forestral
district.
5. [Sec. 14 -302B 10] Stream buffers note. COMMENT: Please add required note to plat.
6. [Sec 14 -303A, G, O] (Ownership). COMMENT: Records indicate that Lots 34 and 35 have
been sold. The application, as well as the plat, must be revised to include information and
signatures for all owners.
