Subject: Peter Jefferson Overlook, LLC - final SUB2009 -88
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. Please provide the proposed subdivision overlaid on the approved site plan.
2. [Sec. 14- 302(A)4, Sec. 14- 302(A)5] Deed book and page number information must be
provided for all existing easements shown on plat.
3. [Sec. 14- 303(J)] Please reference all restrictions applicable to property (i.e. proffers
associated with previously approved ZMA).
4. [Sec. 14- 303(S)] Control points located at four, evenly distributed corners of the lot
must be provided.
5. [Sec. 14 -316] VDOT approval of entrance onto public street is required.
6. [Sec. 14 -317] Evidence of maintenance of access easement is required.
