1. Please provide updated Albemarle County General Construction notes. Please refer to the Design
Standards Manual.
B. Stormwater Management Plan
2. Please provide Albemarle County General Stormwater notes and General Construction Notes for
Streets. Please refer to the Design Standards Manual.
3. Please revise the acreage in the drainage divide sheet. One is 0.1 (where it should be 0.01) and the
other is 0.3 (where it should be 0.03)
C. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
4. Please provide Albemarle County Erosion Control notes. Please refer to the Design Standards
Manual.
5. To facilitate drainage to a sediment trap (as required); please relocate the construction entrance to
the other side of the bridge.
6. Please provide dust control (DC).
7. Please provide culvert inlet protection (CIP) to all culvert inlets.
8. Please provide outlet protection (OP) to all culvert outlets.
Once these comments have been addressed, please submit two (2) copies of the revised plans, calculations,
and narratives to Current Development Engineering.
