A. Final Site Plan
1. Please provide date of topography. [18- 32.6.6, 14 -302, Policy for date]
(Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed.
2. Please specify that all proposed slopes steeper than 3:1 have low maintenance (not grass) ground
cover on the plans.

3. We are unable to locate details or specifications on the dumpster pad.

4. All existing and proposed grades must be labeled at each 50' station point.

5. Culvert pipe sizes on the profiles do not match those of the plans.

B. Stormwater Management Plan
9. SCC channel designations on sheet S4 do not correspond with sheet S9 and the calculations.

10. Water Quality Swale #1 should be designed as two swales, with one portion receiving the flow
from SCC #4 and the other from SCC #5, #6, and #7. Please submit the required Water Quality
Volume versus the volume provided in each swale.

11. The hatching types to designate the channel lining are not being used consistently.

12. Please address MS -19 issues in the outlet for Culvert "C ".
(Rev. 1) Comment has not been addressed. Provide calculations for Culvert "C" to show that no
erosion will occur on a 2-year storm.
(Rev. 2) Based on further review, please disregard this comment.
13. Impervious calculations for Water Quality Swale #2 do not include the drainage area for SCC #1.
Water Quality Volume appears inadequate.

15. A completed copy of the Standard Stormwater Management Maintenance Agreement and fee for

16. While conducting a recent site visit, it appears that the end sections for existing culverts "B" and
"C" must be replaced.

C. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan

18. Construction entrance must drain to a sediment trap or sediment basin.

20. While conducting a recent site visit, it appears that the outlet protection for existing culvert "C"
needs to be repaired.
