Subject: SUB - 2009 -103- Old Trail Blocks, 4,11,13 and 14- Final Plat
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14- 302(A)(1)] Name of subdivision. On the cover sheet it states that this is a subdivision
for Blocks 4, 11, 13, and 14, however on sheets 2 and 3 it only states Block 4. Please
clarify.
2. [ 14 -303 (D)] Acreage of lots. Provide the residue acreage of the parent parcel.
3. [14 -303 (S)] Control Points. Provide four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the
property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the
property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of
the final plan, rather than on the original final plat. Only two control points were shown
on the plat, provide two additional control points to meet this requirement.
