The plans will require the following changes /corrections prior to final approval. A. Road and drainage plans (SUB- 2006 - 00124, original file SUB - 2005- 00061) 1. DOT approval is required. B. Stormwater Management and Mitigation Plan (WPO- 2006 - 00030) 1. A mitigation fee will be submitted to the County. Review comments will be held until fee is paid. 2. A completed copy of the Standard Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and fee for recordation for the stormwater facilities is required prior to final approval. [17 -304E] The forms and instructions can be found on the Community Development Department Web site on www.albemarle.org. 3. Bio- filter #4 needs construction dimensions show for construction. 4. Bio - filter #6 construction dimensions do not adequately depict proposed size of basin. 5. Bio - filter #6 will require adequate conversion details for allowance to convert from sediment control to bio- filter protection. Please detail how the contractor will dispose of collected sediment and protect down stream property during reconstruction of the permanent dam and under drain system. C. Erosion Control Plan (WPO- 2006 - 00030) I . Please update the E &SC narrative to current design standard requirements. [I.E. Temporary Paved construction entrance, E &SC Notes, ] No Narrative received with submittal. 2. This office recommends utilization of SWM basin #1 for E &SC control instead of constructing several different structures for the same drainage area. Area does not appear to meet the minimum requirements for approval. Please show how this drainage area will be adequately protected per VESCL. Please provide the additional information when the revised plans are submitted. Engineering is available from 2:30 -4 PM on Thursdays to discuss these review comments.
