Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB200900101 Feiner 2 -Lot and 404 Waiver The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will recommend approval of the proposed easement plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. [Sec. 14- 302A2] Vicinity map. COMMENT: The ordinance requires the vicinity map be provided at a scale of 1"= 2000'. Please revise. 2. [Sec. 14- 302A10] Building sites on proposed lots. COMMENT: Please provide required note verbatim per this section. 3. [Sec. 14- 302137] Reservoir watershed, agricultural and forestial district. COMMENT: Please provide this information on the plat and the notes as required by this section. (Note: This property is NOT in an ag- forest or water supply protection area.) 4. [Sec 14 -303A] Statement of consent to divide. COMMENT: provide note verbatim as required by this section. 5. [Sec. 14 -3030] Signature panels. COMMENT: Health Department signature is not required to be on the plat. Please remove from signature panel. 6. [Sec. 14 -303Q] Water supply. COMMENT: Provide statement verbatim, as required by this section. 7. [Sec. 14 -303S] Control points. COMMENT: Provide control points; this may be done on a separate sheet. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Director approval. COMMENT: Health Department approval is required prior to approval of this plat. (The plat has been forwarded to the Health Department for review.) 9. [Sec. 14 -404] Lot location to allow access from lot onto street or shared driveway. COMMENT: This plat requires a waiver of Section 14 -404. The plat cannot be approved without VDOT approval and Planning Commission approval of the waiver. The plat has been forwarded to VDOT for review, and your waiver request has been received and is scheduled to go to the Planning Commission September 22, 2009. 10. [Sec. 14 -418] Fire protection. COMMENT: Department of Fire and Rescue and Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) approval is required. A copy of the plat has been forwarded to them for review.
