Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are shown in italics after the original comment from the Action Letter of June 5, 2007. 3. Revise drawings to show cut and fill slopes along the northern boundary rounded (minimum 10' radius) to meet existing conditions. Revise drawings to show all proposed grading at least 5' off of the property line or provide evidence of a grading easement with the adjoining owner. Issue: The proposed grading along the southeast boundary is not rounded (minimum 10' radius) to meet the existing condition, and it appears that grading on the adjoining property is required. Evidence of an approved grading easement was not provided with this submission Recommendation: Revise drawings to show cut and fill slopes along the southeast boundary rounded (minimum 10' radius) to meet existing conditions. Revise drawings to show all proposed grading at least 5' off of the property line or provide evidence of a signed grading easement with the adjoining owner. 4. Revise Sheet C4 Grading and Utility Plan to show the existing 12" Pine, 15" Poplar, and 15" Maple, north of Building B, designated as to remain. Label the tree protection symbol in the panhandle on Sheet C2 Demo /Existing Conditions and Sheet C5 Landscape Plan. Provide an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan with the next submission. Issue: Sheet C4 Grading and Utility Plan does not show the existing 12" Pine, 15" Poplar, and 15" Maple, north of Building B, designated to remain. Also, the drawing does not contain a note indicating these trees are to remain. Recommendation: Revise Sheet C4 Grading and Utility Plan to show the existing 12" Pine, IS" Poplar, and IS" Maple, north of Building B, designated to remain and provide a note indicating they are to remain.. 10. Revise the building elevations to show a mortar color that will match the primary color of the Nitterhouse, A -41, beige block. Issue: A sample of the proposed mortar was not provided with this submission for review. Recommendation: Provide a sample, for review, of the mortar color that will match the primary color of the Nitterhouse, A -41, beige block. When staff s review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
