Subject: SDP 200900069 Abbington Crossing Clubhouse- Minor Amendment
The Planner for the Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department
Community Development will recommend approval of the plan referred to above when the
following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have
been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [32.5.6.a] North arrow must be provided on all sheets with ground drawings, including
details.
2. [32.5.6.a] While not required for approval, please indicate on the cover sheet that this is a
Minor Amendment to SDP -340.
3. COMMENT: Peak hour trip generation note is not required.
4. [32.5.6.n.] Please provide existing and proposed impervious area square footage in the
Site Data notes.
5. [32.5.6.d] You must indicate on the plans the limits of critical slopes (25% or greater),
and please indicate those slopes for which your waiver would apply. Remove critical
slopes exemption note (box) from cover sheet.
6. COMMENT: Number of employees note is not required.
7. [32.6.6.j] If any existing outdoor light is proposed to be replaced or relocated, or any new
lights are proposed, a lighting plan is required. It appears from the demolition and site
plan that new /relocated/re - installed lighting is proposed. Please submit a plan pursuant to
Chapter 18 Section 4.17.
8. [32.6.61] Landscape plan layout does not match the site plan (mail kiosk or pool area).
Plans must match each other.
9. COMMENT: Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) comments are pending.
ACSA approval is required.
