I have reviewed the application and now offer these comments:
This use will be subject to the supplemental regulations of Section 5.1.06 which are provided here for
your reference.

The use is also subject to the following parking requirements.
Day care center, nursery facilities: One (1) space per ten (10) children enrolled in the major class or shift
plus one (1) space per employee. In addition, a pick -up and drop -off area shall be
provided on the site. (Amended 2 -5 -03)
According to the information provided by the applicant, the maximum number of children enrolled will
be 9, with two (2) employees on site, requiring a total of three parking spaces.
The site is adequate to accommodate the required parking and pick up /drop off area for this use.
Should the entrance be adequate for VDOT requirements and given that the site does not require
additional parking, a site plan is not required.
Applicable standard conditions for Day Care Centers should be considered.
