The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will approve the plan referred to above when the following
items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on
further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
1. [Sec. 32.5.6.a] Owner information was added, however, it appears a revision is
needed, as it currently reads ` Ashlynn LLL' and likely it should be `LLC.'
2. [Sec.32.5.6.j] Health Department approval is required.
3. [Sec.32.5.6.j, 32.7.5] Please provide easement information (owner, instrument) for
easement that is associated with utility pole to remain (in proposed sidewalk).
Additionally, please provide evidence that you have notified the owner of the
easement of your application, as you are proposing work and improvements within
their easement. Please confirm that the proposed building is out of the easement.
4. [Sec. 32.5.6.k] Engineering approval is required.
5. Inspections Division comments are attached. Compliance is required for plan
approval.
6. [Sec. 32.6.6.i, 32.7.9.4.b] Please identify the limits of clearing; the note on the plan
that references trees and vegetation to be removed to allow additional parking is not
specific as to the limits of tree and vegetation removal.
7. [Sec. 32.5.6.n] Please show the existing decks and retaining wall features on this
plan.
