RE: SDP - 2009 -62 Free Bridge Office Preliminary Site Plan
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Section 32.4.2.4 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code, the above referenced site plan
has been denied. This action has been taken because the site plan has not been revised to include required
revisions of the Site Review Committee. Those items that have not been addressed are:
1. [32.5.6.n, s] COMMENT: In accord with Chapter 18, Section 32.7.2.5 inter- parcel connectivity
is being required. The adjacent Kia major amendment plan (SDP200500135) provides a
connection point to this property, and connectivity is being required.
2. [32.4.2.6] COMMENT: A critical slopes waiver is required.
You may obtain reinstatement of review as provided by Section 32.4.2.4 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle
County Code. A reinstatement fee of $65 must be included with the resubmittal of the plan. If a revised
plan and fee are not received within fifteen (15) calendar days the plan shall be deemed to be denied and a
new application and fee shall be required for submittal of the plan.
In accord with Section 32.4.2.7 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code, this decision may be
appealed.
