The plan consisted of sheets 1 -5, some with revision date of 9/10/09.1 have the following comments: 1. My previous comment #1 has not been addressed: Outdated wording has been used for the lighting note included as General Note #10 on Sheet 1. The note should read as follows: "Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire." 2. Spillover exceeds .5 footcandles at the property line along Route 250. The two fixtures that appear to be creating the spillover are identified as existing fixtures moved to these proposed locations. Because the fixtures are being moved, the spillover must meet ordinance requirements and the plan must be revised accordingly. 3. Fixture SG exceeds 3000 lumens and does not appear to be a full cutoff fixture. Submit written confirmation from the manufacturer that all light emitted by the fixture, either directly from the lamp or indirectly from the fixture, is projected below the horizontal plane. Alternatively, revise the fixture to one that is clearly full- cutoff. 4. The Atlantic fixture labeled SC in the lighting fixture schedule exceeds 3000 lumens. A cut sheet was not provided, so a determination cannot be made regarding its full- cutoff nature. Revise the plan to include the cut sheet. Ensure that the fixture is a full- cutoff fixture. 5. Portions of my previous comment #4 have not been addressed: the note on detail 1 /SK -X is not legible; include a note on the plan stating that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. 6. As indicated in my previous comment #4, the site plan must be coordinated with the architect's drawings. The architect has provided a different slope condition at the mechanical equipment area, and it includes a timber retaining wall. Please coordinate the design of this area with the architect. Revise the site plan to match the architect's approved drawings. Alternatively, provide updated architectural drawings that match the site plan.
