The easement plat for TMP 32G -C, received on 3 September 2009, has been reviewed. The plat can
be approved after the following changes have been made.
1. A drainage easement from the outlet of the Stormwater Management Facility to the river will
be required. If the applicant is proposing a new channel to the river, the width of the
permanent private drainage easement must be shown to the dimensions specified in the design
manual, available online. If the applicant intends to propose a level spreading device, the
width of the easement must be the width of the level spreader from the outlet to the river.
2. All temporary construction easements necessary for implementation of the ESC plan (WPO-
2006- 00066) should be shown on this plat. A note on the plat indicating consent and
referencing WPO- 2006 -00066 and SDP - 2006 -00041 will suffice.
3. From the public ROW of Camelot Drive to stormwater structure IA, please provide a public
drainage easement dedicated to public use. A Deed of Dedication will be required for this
public easement. Please refer to the County's website for the most recent forms and procedural
guidelines that need to be followed when submitting a Deed of Dedication and Easement. The
wording shown for the drainage easements on the Deed of Dedication and Easement needs to be
exactly the same as the wording on the plat.
4. Please remove all notations that declare that the Stormwater Management Facility is to be
dedicated to public use.
