This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This ARB approval is only one approval required prior to installing a sign. A sign permit is also required. If you have not already made an application for a sign permit, please contact the permit intake staff at 296 -5832 for requirements. 2. The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp neon.
