(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. The vicinity map shown is not to scale. Provide a map shown to the required scale of one (1) inch equals two - thousand (2,000) feet- 1 "= 2000'. 2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide a note stating the following "Parcel [letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning ordinance." 3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Provide the zoning classification of the property. 4. [14- 303(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Provide a notation as to whether the land is within an Albemarle County water supply watershed or an agricultural - forestal district. 5. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the location of the stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 6. [14- 303(A)] Statement of consent to division. Provide this statement verbatim "The division of the land described herein is with the free consent and in accordance with the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future potential development is to be deemed as theoretical only. All statements affixed to this plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge." 7. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature panel for the County that reads "Agent to the Board of Supervisors."
