The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will approve the plat referred to above when the following
items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on
further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County
Code.]
[14 -309; 14 -310; 14 -416] Soil evaluations. Health director approval of individual private
wells and/or septic systems. Individual private wells and septic systems. Provide the
results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the
suitability of the soil for septic systems with conventional drain fields, so that the agent
can then forward them onto the health department for review and approval.
[14- 303(C)] Boundary lines. It appears that an arrow tying the segment with length
345.90' was left off. Please add this arrow to clarify to which segment this set of data
belongs.
