Plans submitted on 10/7/09 have been reviewed. The following items remain outstanding:
On 7/31/09 Current Development Engineering had the following comments for the first submittal
of this plan:
1. Please show proposed grading.
REV 1: Comment has been addressed.
2. Please show existing entrance onto Bent Oaks Drive.
REV 1: Comment has been addressed.
3. New impervious areas are being added. Please provide a Simple Method Spreadsheet
showing change in impervious area on site and required removal rates. A Water
Protection Ordinance Application for Stormwater Management may be required. Water
quality measures maybe required. [17 -315]
REV 1: Comment has not been addressed, water quality calculations have not been
submitted.
REV 2: Comment has not been addressed, water quality calculations have not been
submitted.
4. If land disturbance is greater than 10,000 sf, a Water Protection Ordinance Application for
Erosion & Sediment Control will be required. [17 -200]
REV 1: It appears that area of disturbance will be less than 10,000 sf.
Comments below are based on the most recent submittal received by Current Development
Engineering on 9/16/09:
5. New parking spaces are shown as 16 feet in length, the minimum allowable length is 18
feet unless an overhang per 18- 4.12.16.c.6 is provided. [18- 4.12.16.c.I]
REV 2: Comment has not been addressed. Sidewalk may not be included in
overhang. Please see diagram below from AC Design Standards Manual.
6. Bumper blocks shall be provided in parking spaces where a sidewalk (less than 6' wide) is
located less than 2 feet from the edge of the parking. [18- 4.12.16.e]
REV 2: Comment has been addressed. Sidewalk has been widened to 6 feet,
however, parking depth is still an issue, please see comment #5.
