(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [4.17] Provide the cut sheets for the proposed light fixtures on the lighting plan. The cut sheets need to be included in the plan set, not as a separate document. The light fixtures must be full cut off. 2. [4.17] Revise the maintenance factor (LLF) and associated photometric plan on the lighting plan. Albemarle County requires the LLF to be 1.0. The LLF shown is 0.66. 3. [4.17] Provide a calculation grid instead of the light contours for the photometric plan. It is unclear what the light levels are at the light contours. Spillover onto public roads, residential areas, and rural areas may not exceed 0.5 footcandles at the property line or edge of right -of -way or easement, whichever is closer to the light source. 4. [32.6] Show the right -of -way line on all sheets. 5. [32.6] Provide a cover sheet that includes the following: a title ( CATEC Minor Amendment), tax map and parcel number, magisterial district, county and state, date, date of revision, zoning, signature panel, table of contents that includes sheets and total number of sheets, and a vicinity sketch showing the property and its relationship with adjoining streets. The minor amendment needs to be a complete set. 6. [32.6] Remove all notes and changes to the parking and drop off area from the plan set, unless they will be included as part of this amendment. If they are included, additional comments will be forthcoming. Please contact Megan Yaniglos at the Department of Community Development 296 -5832 ext. 3004 for further information.
