Subject: SUB 2009 — 00149 Retriever Run - Drainage Easement
The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the easement plat referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 302.(A).11] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. The deed book and page number of
the instrument whereby the property was created, as recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of
the county. Include on the plat the deed book and page numbers whereby the properties were created for
all the lots involved or affected by the drainage easements.
2. [14-302.(A).151 Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. The names and addresses of
each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property. Add to the plat the names
and addresses of each owner or record for each property affected by the drainage easements.
3. [14- 302.(B).7]Reservoir watershed; agricultural - forestal district. A notation as to whether the land is within
an Albemarle County and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or and agricultural - forestal
district. Add this note to the plat: "this property is located in the Upper Mechum's River water
supply watershed butfis not located in an agricultural forestal district ".
4. [14- 302.(B).10] Stream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water
protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Please show the water protection
ordinance buffer on the plat. Please refer to the Albemarle County GIS web.
5. [14 -433] Effect of recordation of plat on dedications and certain easements. Please provide deed(s) of
easement for the permanent drainage easement(s) dedicated to public use.
