Brent;
Thank you for the meeting this morning and the approval of the Mountain West stone
will have Josh email the photo rendering of the revised stone material.
I, also beleive that there is no need for the hearing on Monday October 19, 2009 with the
board. Will you please remove our request for the hearing.
We will do plantings to the northwest end of the sign consisting of a 2 1/2" tree and
several 24" bushes after the sign is completed and at the proper planting time.
Thanks for your help in resoloving this issue,
Ray Beard

Mr. Beard - Thank you for bringing in the West Mountain stone sample this morning. That is a material
that we can administratively approve for your sign proposal. Also, the photo rendering that Josh
O'Connor submitted two weeks ago bears a strong enough resemblance to what this product would look
like once constructed. I will however need to have Josh email me that photo rendering revised to note
the use of this new stone material.
You indicated this morning that you did not have an issue with the recommended revision to the
landscape proposal as long as it did not have to be tied to the existing row of evergreen trees. As you
explained, the sign location and the row of trees do not line up properly to do that. I understand and that
would be acceptable.
It appears that there will be no need for Monday, October 19th ARB review of your proposal. I will need
to have you reply to this email today requesting that the proposal be removed from the 10/19/09 ARB
agenda and indicating that you are able to address the landscape recommendation with the understanding
that it does not have to be tied to the row of evergreen trees.
I will leave the Eldorado board (with the Sanibel Coastal Reef sample) with the receptionist for you to pick

up.
Thanks for your assistance with this.
