Dear Mr. Smith:
I have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign. Because the sign meets the ARB Design Guidelines and
the Comprehensive Sign Criteria for the Seminole Commons shopping center, I am able to review this proposal
for the ARB. I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
WALL SIGN
Type: Channel Letter
Materials: Aluminum with acrylic faces
Sign Location: Centered horizontally and vertically in sign band over business frontage
Mounting: Raceway
Text: "Barber House"
Overall Sign Size: 17" (H) x 10' 71 /z" (W)

Illumination: Internal LED
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used.
The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the
submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an
amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application
must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
2. The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced
by a single stroke of 30 milliamp neon.
