Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2009000121 Briarwood- Easement, Tract C The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review. Additional comments by be forthcoming by other departments and outside agencies. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [Sec. 14- 302A5] A Deed for the new drainage easement to be dedicated to public use is required to be signed prior to final plat approval. If you need a copy of the template for "drainage easement not built," please let me know and I will provide you with a link to that template. 2. [Sec. 14 -303H] Provide monuments as required. At least two known monuments indicating property corners (not the easements) must be provided on the plat. 3. ACSA approval is required. Via an email to me, ACSA indicated that this plat must show a recent deed of easement, recorded at the Albemarle County Clerk's Office in Deed Book 3579, Pages 129- 134. Please revise as required. 4. Engineering approval is required. A copy of the plat has been forwarded to them and additional comments may be forthcoming.
